    • The Person-Centred approach was founded by Carl Rogers. Carl Rogers' thoughts date back to his days of being a child and watching how potato plants, whilst kept in a dark place, would still manage to grow shoots towards the slightest glimmer of light. Like him, I also believe that within each person is the ability to bring about change, if given the right conditions to do this.
Within counselling my aim is to provide an environment to support individuals to grow in their own direction.

I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am a UKRCP (United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) Registered Independent Counsellor. I am also a member of the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

More details about the BACP can be found by CLICKING HERE.

I believe in treating people with respect and honesty and expect the same in return.
